Registration Requirements for Personal

Company Registration

Company’s authorisation letter written in letterhead and bearing Company’s chop with Director’s signature

Valid* original I/C of the authorised person sighted and copied

Company’s Certificate of Registration and Section 16 & 17 or Certificate of Incorporation or Form X or Power of Attorney
Directors must not have any outstanding bills on any existing personal accounts
Valid means not less than 3 months before expiry date for Green I/C holders
No registration on behalf will be entertained. Guarantor is required for unemployed applicants (unemployed, self-employed,pensioner, housewife for local just add deposit $100)

EASI - PRIMA Migration

  • “Thinking of taking a turn on your lifestyle, but still want to retain the same number?EASI – PRIMA Migration service is made available for you with hassle free registration.

  • Your annual license fee charges will maintain as per charged from the existing EASI to be migrated to PRIMA, whilst any EASI credit balance above B$5 will be transferred to your new PRIMA account.

Downgrade of Postpaid Plan

  • Downgrade of Postpaid Plan will be charged $10 admin fee

  • The administration fee is not applicable for contract plans

  • Applicable for both Prima and Postpaid GO!broadband.

DST implemented “Fair Usage Policy (FUP)” Data Usage Limits to maintain the quality of mobile data service. This is to ensure all our subscribers have equal opportunity to enjoy DST network.

If I exceed my usage of the minutes for voice/video, what will happen?

You will still be able to use your voice/video services even if you exceed the free minutes given but charges will apply for the usages after the free minutes.

Can I use the data services for Eco plan?

Yes you can use the data services for Eco plan and any data usage will be charged base on prevailing rate.

Currently I am using the elite plan. Can I downgrade to eco plan?

Yes you may,regardless what plan you are using, you may downgrade to eco plan or vice-versa from eco plan upgrade to any other prima plan.
