Register Online

Request Password via SMS

  1. Log on to mydst Account portal via mydst.dst-group.com and click on ‘Register Here’. Click here to go to my DST Account portal.

2. Create your user name.
3. Enter your Prima account number (this can be found on your bill statement)
4. Type the verification code and click ‘next’ to proceed
5. Once submitted, you will be prompted to select a method of password delivery

6. Select ‘SMS’. You will then receive an SMS containing a temporary password within a few seconds (If you do not receive your password within 24hrs, please visit any of DST Branch)

Once you have received a temporary password, then you proceed to set up mydst Account by following the steps below:

1. Log on to mydst Account portal via mydst.dst-group.com.

2. Enter your User ID and temporary password. Then, click ‘login’ to continue.

3. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes.

4. Enter your new password

5. Enter a valid email address

6. Create a security question and answer (make sure you pick a security question and answer that is easy to remember)

7. Click ‘Save Password’ to confirm

8. Once submitted, you can then log in to mydst Account with the new password that you just created.

Register at DST Branches

Request Password via e-mail

  1. Walk in to any of DST Branches and fill out mydst Account application form.

2. You must provide a valid email address and make sure that you write the address correctly (A temporary password will be sent to your email in order to complete the registration)

3. Fill in your Prima Account Number (this can be found on your bill statement)

4. Create your own ‘Security Question’ and ‘Security Answer’ used for resetting forgotten password (make sure you pick a security question and answer that is easy to remember)

5. Sign and submit the completed form (DST Staff will then enter information in the system)

Once application form submitted,

6. Log on to mydst Account portal via mydst.dst-group.com and click on ‘Register Here’

7. Create your user name

10. Once submitted, you will be prompted to select a method of password delivery – via email or SMS

11. Select ‘Via Email’ and enter the answer to the security question displayed, and then click ‘Finish’ to confirm (If you do not receive your password within 24hrs, please visit any of DST Branches)

Once you have received a temporary password, you will need to set up mydst Account by following the steps below:

1. Log on to mydst Account portal

2. Enter your User ID and temporary password. Then, click ‘login’ to continue.

3. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes.

4. Enter your new password

5. Enter the answer to the ‘Security Question’ then Click ‘Save Password’ to confirm

6. Once submitted, you can then log in to mydst Account with the new password that you just created.
