Registration

+ I am a new customer and would like to register for a 4G GO!broadband plan. What is the process of registration, and how much do I have to pay??

Thank you for your interest in our 4G GO!broadband plan! The following outlines the requirements:

Personal (Local)

  • Valid Original IC/Passport to indicate you are 18 and above
  • Proof of employment

Fees Payable:

  • $50 deposit
  • $25 License Fee
  • 1-month advance rental

Personal (Foreigner)

  • Valid original I.C. of applicant not be less than 3 months from expiry OR passport with valid work pass/permit not less than 3 months expiry, sighted and copied (should the original I.C. be unavailable).
  • Self employed applicants must produce Company Certificate of Registration & Section 16 & 17 (for Business Only)

Fees Payable:

  • $100 deposit
  • $25 License Fee
  • 1 month advance rental

Company Registration

  • Company’s authorization letter written in letterhead and bearing Company’s stamp with Director's Signature
  • Valid Original IC of the authorized person sighted and copied (not less than 3 months before expiry date for Green IC holders)
  • Company’s Certificate of Registration and Section 16 & 17 or Certificate of Incorporation or Form X or Power of Attorney
  • Directors must not have any outstanding bills on any existing personal accounts

Fees Payable:

  • $50 deposit
  • $25 License Fee
  • 1 month advance rental

Registration for 4G GO!broadband postpaid plans are available at all DST branches, except for DST Rimba. For more information, please call 151.

+ I am an existing customer on 4G 4G GO!broadband prepaid plan and would like to register for a 4G GO!broadband postpaid plan. What is the process of registration if I want to keep my number?

You will not be able to use the same 4G GO!broadband prepaid number if you wish to upgrade to 4G GO!broadband postpaid plan.

+ I am not working at the moment. How can i register for the 4G GO!broadband plans?

The same process of registration applies, as mentioned above, but you will need a guarantor. The guarantor must be a Bruneian citizen, aged 18 years and above. He/She must be employed with a fixed income, no debt with DST and not blacklisted.

+ Where can I register for these new 4G GO!broadband postpaid plans?

You can register at any of our DST branches, except DST Rimba.

 

New 4G GO!broadband Plans: Existing Subscribers

+ I am currently a 4G GO!broadband user with the GO!28 plan and have also subscribed to add-on data bundles. What will happen to my subscriptions and add-on bundles?

Your add-on bundles will remain the same, while your 4G GO!28 monthly local data allowance will be revised. However, you are free to change your 4G GO!broadband subscription by applying at DST branches.

+ I am currently subscribed to a device bundle 4G GO!broadband postpaid plan, what happens to my existing data allowance?

Your local data allowance will be updated to the revised bundles according to your 4G GO!broadband Plan without incurring any penalty fees.

If you have a bundled device plan with us, you will remain on the current contract plan according to your subscription without incurring any penalty fees.

However, for existing contract plans which are not listed in the newly available 4G GO!broadband, our Customer Service Agents will provide you with the best possible option.

 

Services, Rates & Charges

+ Do the free local calls and local SMS include calls and SMS to other local mobile operators and landlines?

Yes, they do include calls to local mobile operators and landlines (Only applicable for GO!168).

+ Where can I pay my bills, once I’ve subscribed to these 4G GO!broadband plans?

  • At DST branches
  • Online on MyDST Account, by clicking here.
  • At Post Offices
  • At ATM Machines
  • On BIBD online

+ Can I upgrade my plan while I’m on contract?

You may upgrade your subscription to a higher contract when your current contract is 12-months old or more and receive a waiver on the penalty fee (Only applicable for subscribers of the new contract plan, launched on 16th August 2018).

Upon upgrade, your new contract term of 24-months will commence.

+ I am still on a 3G GO!broadband Plan, am I entitled to the revised bundles?

The revised bundles are only applicable for 4G 4G GO!broadband plans. You may upgrade to 4G GO!broadband to enjoy the new bundles.

+ Is there a way for me to check my remaining service bundle balance and usage?

Yes, simply visit https://dstmbb.dst-group.com.

Alternatively, you can dial the following, and then press the send/call button:

  • To check your remaining local data allowance and local voice bundle balance, dial *401#
  • To check your current bill balance, dial *402#
  • To view usage and purchase data add-ons, dial *433#

+ How do I purchase data add-ons?

Data add-on rates:

  • 1GB (30-day validity) - $8.00
  • 3GB (30-day validity) - $16.00
  • 7GB (30-day validity) - $32.00

+ I am a 4G GO!28 / GO!48 subscriber, will I be notified on my data usage?

You will be notified via SMS once you have used up to 80% and 100% of your local data allowance.

+ I am a 4G GO!28 / GO!48 subscriber, how does the pay per use local data cap work?

Once the local data allowance is fully utilized, the subsequent data usage will be charged at $0.01/200KB. The pay per use data cap acts as a limit for chargeable local data that you can accumulate. Once the accumulated chargeable local data ($60 for GO!28 and $40 for GO!48) is reached, the subsequent data usage will be charged at $0.00/KB.

+ I am a 4G GO!28 / GO!48 subscriber, how will I know if I have fully utilized my pay per use local data cap?

You will be notified via SMS once you have fully utilized the pay per use local data.

+ I am a 4G GO!28 / GO!48 subscriber, what are the standard rates once my data bundle is fully utilized?

Rate after data bundle is fully utilized - $0.01/200KB Rate after pay per use local data cap has been reached - $0/KB

PAY PER USE LOCAL DATA CAP (after data bundle is fully utilized) GO!28 - $60 GO!48 - $40

+ I am a 4G GO!68 / 4G GO!88 / 4G GO!168 subscriber, will I be notified on my data usage?

You will be notified via SMS once you have used up to 80% and 100% of your local data allowance.

+ I am a 4G GO!68 / 4G GO!88 / 4G GO!168 subscriber, what will happen once I fully utilize the local data allowance?

Your internet speed will be reduced to a speed not higher than 512Kbps once local data allowance is fully utilized. This is based on the DST Fair Usage Policy.

+ I am a 4G GO!68 / 4G GO!88 / 4G GO!168 subscriber, what are the standard rates once the local data allowance is fully utilized?

Once the local data allowance is fully utilized, the additional data usage will be charged at $0.00/KB.
