What is the Pre-Registration Online Form?

  • The Pre-Registration Online Form allows you to pre-register online for new subscription of postpaid PRIMA or GO!broadband service.
  • It is available for both new and existing customers who wish to apply for postpaid account or add new subscriptions.
  • The requirements for Pre-Registration Online Form is similar to normal Postpaid registration which can be found here.

How do I Pre-Register?

  • You can log on to our DST website and select the MyDST Account portal then click on “Pre-Registration Online Form (POSTPAID)”. This can also be accessed through your mobile phone internet
  • Simply go to the Pre-registration Online Form and fill in the required information.
  • Once submitted, a reference ID will be provided at the last step and to be presented to the counter representative at any DST branches (except DST Rimba) for the next activation process and verification.

Who is eligible to apply for the Online Pre-registration?

  • New registration is open to all individuals aged 18 years old and above and companies subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.

I have successfully submitted my Pre-Registration Online Form. What should I do next?

A reference ID will be provided for successful online registration. After you have submitted the online form:

  • Kindly proceed to any of our DST branches (except DST Rimba) to further proceed with the next steps of our registration processes and make registration payment. (subject to approval)
  • Please bring along the required documentation below to proceed with the activation of your new subscription:

* Valid and original identification card (IC) or passport.

 

* Valid and original identification card (IC) or passport.

* Please ensure that the expiry date of the IC or work pass (for passport) is valid for at least three (3) months from the activation date.

* Authorization letter with company letterhead signed by Director.

* Signed copy of Director’s IC.

* Authorized person’s valid original IC.

* Company’s certificate of registration.

* Company’s stamp.

  • Existing postpaid subscribers may be required to settle any outstanding bills.
  • The SIM card will be given at the DST counter on the same visit day.

I forgot my Online Pre-Registration Reference ID. What should I do?

You can visit any DST branches(except DST Rimba) with your original identification card (IC) or the relevant company registration documents and our DST counter representative will retrieve the information for you.
