How do I become a member of DSTPlus, DSTPremium and/or ELP?

  • DSTPlus
    • Complimentary membership upon registration
    • Eligible for DST Postpaid subscribers; Prima or GO!broadband ONLY
    • Active personal account ONLY
    • No minimum spend required
    • Registration at all DST Branches
  • DSTPremium
    • By upgrade from DSTPlus ONLY
    • Earn 100,000 points in 3 years
    • Eligible for DST Postpaid subscribers; Prima or GO!broadband ONLY
    • Active personal account ONLY
  • ELP
    • Complimentary upon successful registration via SMS ONLY
    • Type ‘ELP<SPACE>YES’ and send SMS to ‘38159’. (An SMS notification will be sent upon successful registration)
    • Eligible for DST Prepaid subscribers; Easi or GO!broadband ONLY

Can I register to DST Rewards on behalf?

Yes, registrations on behalf can be done ONLY with these documents present:

  • Authorization Letter, Date & Signed
  • Photocopy of Valid Identity Card, Date & Signed OR Photocopy of Valid Passport, Date & Signed

Can I register to DST Rewards if the Postpaid number (PRIMA / GO!broadband) I’m using is under somebody else’s name/IC?

  • Yes, the same procedure as ITEM No. 5 is applicable.
  • Applicant will be presented with DSTPlus card and can opt to put preferred name on card as their own.
  • Subscriber will be able to enjoy the privileges of DSTPlus / DSTPremium
  • Subscriber will also be automatically upgraded to DSTPremium when subscriber has earned 100,000 Rewards points in 3 years

I have a Prepaid number but is not under / unsure who’s name it is registered to. Can I still register to ELP?

Yes, as ELP is open to ALL Prepaid subscribers with no exceptions, you can simply register to ELP by typing ‘ELP<SPACE>YES’ and send SMS to ‘38159’

Can I register to DST Rewards via phone call to any DST Branches or DST Care 151?

  • DSTPlus & DSTPremium

No, registrations on behalf via phone calls to any DST Branches or DSTCare 151 will NOT be entertained. ALL registrations MUST be done over the counter at any DST Branches or during roadshows or events

    • No, ELP registrations can be done via SMS ONLY

When will I receive my DSTPlus / DSTPremium card?

  • Instant issuance is available at DST Gadong Branch ONLY
  • Instant issuance is also available during roadshows / events
  • Registrations done at other DST Branches will receive their card within 15 working days

I am registered to ELP, am I eligible for a DSTPlus or DSTPremium card?

No, ELP is not eligible for any card. ELP is solely for DST’s Prepaid subscribers. whereas, DSTPlus and DSTPremium are for DST’s Postpaid subscribers ONLY.

DST Rewards Points

When do I start earning Rewards Points?

  • DSTPlus & DSTPremium
    • DSTPlus / DSTPremium members can start collecting Rewards points upon the first bill payment made onwards
  • ELP
    • ELP members will start collecting Rewards points upon usage on Voice, SMS or Data

How do I earn Rewards points?

  • DSTPlus & DSTPremium
    • Bill payment of registered Postpaid number
    • Bill payment for Kristal Astro account that is linked to a registered Postpaid number
    • Purchases made at DSTIncomm which is linked to a registered Postpaid number
    • Use of DSTFascom’s services which is linked to a registered Postpaid number
  • ELP
    • Earn Rewards points via usage on Voice, SMS or Data

How are Rewards points calculated?

  • DSTPlus
    • $1 = 10 Rewards points
    • Tenancy bonus;
      • 10 years = Rewards points earned x 1.5
      • 20 years = Rewards points earned x 2

e.g.: Subscriber has been with DST for 15 years pays $100. Subscriber will receive 1,500 Rewards points. ($100 x 10 = 1,000 x 1.5 = 1,500 Rewards points)

  • DSTPremium
    • $1 = 20 Rewards points
    • Tenancy bonus;
      • 10 years = Rewards points earned x 1.5
      • 20 years = Rewards points earned x 2

e.g.: Subscriber has been with DST for 21 years pays $100. Subscriber will receive 4,000 Rewards points. ($100 x 20 = 2,000 x 2 = 4,000 Rewards points)

  • ELP
    • $1 = 10 Rewards points
    • No tenancy bonus

Yes, there is a minimum redemption of 10,000 Rewards points

  • DSTPremium members must again earn 100,000 Rewards points for the next 3 (Three) years, otherwise will be downgraded automatically to DSTPlus on the 1st day after the end of 3 (Three) years

I was upgraded to DSTPremium, what do I do with my DSTPlus card?

Member can keep their DSTPlus (so long as it is valid) as DSTPlus is a generic card for all Postpaid subscribers registered to DST Rewards program.

Can Corporate, Business, SME or MAS accounts register to DST Rewards?

Account categories that fall under Corporate, Business, SME or MAS are ALLOWED to register to DST Rewards, HOWEVER, are not eligible for DSTPlus or DSTPremium. (no physical card presented)

 

This is to allow these account categories to still collect points based on bill payments and enjoy the redemption features but not the privileges of being a DSTPlus / DSTPremium member.
