What happens if there is an early termination of contract?

What is the warranty period for the purchase of Samsung Mobile Phone and Tablet?
The warranty period is one (1) year from date of purchase or contract sign up for Samsung device.
All accessories (battery, charger and ear piece) included in the subscription package has a 6 months warranty against manufacture defects.
Free Samsung Premium accessories are excluded from the warranty.
